Green coffee for home roasters
The same lots our wholesale roasters buy, in quantities that make sense for a home drum. Nine origins, farm-direct, every one with its ficha técnica.
Most home roasters buy from resellers who bought from importers who bought from exporters. We are the importer, and the person choosing the lots has been doing it for 47 years.
Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic are genuinely rare in the US green market. We hold direct farm relationships in both, alongside Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama and Peru.
Grade, screen, moisture, density, process, harvest and cup score on every lot. You will know what you are roasting before the first crack, and where a figure cannot be verified at origin we say so instead of rounding it off.
Bayron Aranda selects the lots we import: 47 years from seed to cup, 30 SCA expos, and a portable lab he installs on site. The same palate behind blends for roasters across three continents picks what we bring in.
Cup it before you commit. Tell us the profile you are chasing, roughly how much you get through, and we will send what fits, priced at the market on the day you buy.
Fruit-forward and bright, or chocolate and body? Washed, natural or honey? If you are not sure, describe a coffee you loved and we will work backwards.
We send what is actually landing, with the ficha, so you can see the numbers before you decide.
What worked, what did not. The next lot gets better because we know your machine and your taste.
Green coffee is a commodity and the market moves daily, so we do not publish list prices. Your quote is fixed at the price on the day you buy.
If you roast on a rhythm, tell us the cadence and we will hold lots for you and ship on schedule, so you are not re-ordering and not running out mid-week. We set these up by hand, one roaster at a time, which means you get to change it whenever your taste changes.
