Café Ramírez Font: from original art to a bag on shelves
By Felix Olmo, President & Founder of Cafentity · Updated September 2, 2026
How a Puerto Rican hacienda got retail-ready packaging — illustration, press-ready dieline, and finished bag — through one partner.
The client
Hacienda Ramírez grows Frontón-variety coffee in the mountains of San Sebastián, Puerto Rico. They needed packaging that could stand next to any specialty brand on a retail shelf — and tell a distinctly Puerto Rican story: hibiscus, coquí-country flora, mountain mist and sun.
